近日，工信部发布《2023年5G工厂名录》，经主管部门推荐、专家团队评审、工信部核定，我公司“龙合智能5G+智慧工厂”项目成功入选该名录。此次全国共300个项目入选该名录，其中福建省6个，我司为龙岩市唯一入选项目。

将企业建设成为“数字化工厂”，是公司创立之初既定的企业发展战略目标。近年来公司始终秉持这个目标，采取“立足实际、急用先行、分步实施”的方法，先后引进了具有数字化、智能化功能的下料、机加、焊接等设备，导入了CPC智能生产系统以及ERP资源管理、PLM产品全生命周期管理、OA办公管理等软件系统、MES生产制造执行系统以及5G+AV/VR远程管理系统、5G+能耗管理系统、5G+远程运维管理系统等，并将这些软、硬件系统结合5G信息技术融合应用，搭建公司全面集成的5G+工业互联网信息化应用平台，形成“龙合智能5G+智慧工厂”，实现网络快速布署及信息全面共享，提升公司整体管理水平，借助先进信息平台，加强过程管理，全面提升业务处理效率；建立涵盖市场销售、产品设计、物资采购、生产管理、质量控制、财务核算等核心业务协同系统，提高业务协同效率，实现内部供应链协同，压缩内产供应周期，快速响应市场需求；优化生产计划编制、下达、反馈方式，适应多品种、小批量的生产管理特点；借助先进手段，强化生产过程信息采集、实现生产过程可视化、透明化管理，公司先后获得“国家两化融合试点单位、e-works数字化企业网中国两化融合杰出应用奖、福建省智能制造试点示范企业、福建省数字经济核心产业“瞪羚”创新企业、福建省第二批工业互联网应用标杆企业”等荣誉。

后续，公司将充分发挥既有的“龙合智能5G+智慧工厂”作用，做实做好公司新一代信息技术与工业制造的有效融合，提高公司智能制造水平及经营管理大数据分析应用水平。
