龙合幻影系列-智能无人装卸系统，是龙合智能全新研发设计的一款从车体两边的侧方位进行装卸的智能化、无人化系统。这一系统打破了传统的后端方向装车模式，从车厢两侧同时进行装卸，成倍提高装卸效率、替代人工降低生产安全风险。通过几次作业，在短短几分钟甚至几十秒之内完成整车装卸，如同稍纵即逝的幻影在眨眼间解决装车难题。目前，该智能无人装卸系统已经成功应用于中石化行业（共享）托盘类垛装货物的仓储出货现场作业中。

龙合幻影系列-智能无人装卸系统，针对性解决了新兴的飞翼车、侧帘车、平板车、拖挂车(车厢侧挡板或围栏可以卸下的车型)及侧开门火车专列车厢等公路、铁路运输车型进行的装卸作业难题。我司还针对车厢侧位两边可开闭的结构功能特点，在客户现场划定特定的装卸作业区域并布设地面导轨，并在车厢正后侧架设平行于地面导轨的输送辊道和托盘回收装置，以便侧翼装卸机器人组往返于输送系统与货车车厢之间。

此外，我司自主研发的软件控制系统，能实时采集装卸机器人及车厢的位置参数，精准控制货物码放位置，保证智能无人装卸作业的顺利进行。装卸系统整体沿导轨往来穿梭于输送辊道区和运输车辆之间，通过适配各类自主研制的工业级机械手属具（按不同的货物类型、有无托盘等信息选择相对应的作业器具，比如单双组的货叉组、推出器、推拉器、平夹等属具），对需要搬运出入库的货物进行装卸车作业。整套系统设计有多组光电和超声波障碍感应装置，能有效确保无人装卸系统各部件动作的合理性、准确性和安全性。
