近日，龙合智能与龙岩学院合作共建的“福建省焊接质量智能评估重点实验室”（以下简称实验室）顺利通过福建省科技厅的验收并获得授牌。

“福建省焊接质量智能评估重点实验室”是由我公司牵头与龙岩学院物理与机电工程学院合作共建的省级重点实验室，旨在为我市乃至我省机械制造企业提供机械产品焊接内在质量管控所遇到的“痛点”问题，在超声波无损检测技术的研究与开发、红外无损检测技术研究与开发、质量评估的图像化与智能化等三大方向开展实用性、创新性研究和共性、关键技术问题攻关。经过3年时间的建设，实验室取得了丰硕的成果：先后承担省厅级核准立项科研项目8项；为包括福建易动力科技、龙岩畅丰汽车、龙岩卫东新能源、龙净环保、龙岩海德馨、厦门金龙旅游车等10余家企业提供包括焊接工艺诊断、焊接技术人才培训等无偿技术服务，培养国际焊接技师1人、国际焊工32人；实验室研究成果实现产业化转化2项，即：金属结构焊缝超声无损检测系统和汽车悬挂点焊质量监测系统等。

作为科技创新体系的重要组成部分，重点实验室是组织高水平基础研究和应用基础研究、聚集和培养优秀科技人才、开展高水平学术交流的重要科技创新平台，龙合智能将携手龙岩学院一如既往坚持实验室设立时既定的“基础研究与成果产业化应用相融合”的产学融合原则，遵循实验室既定的“服务企业，助力本省内外机械制造企业焊接产品高质量发展”建设定位，加强焊接质量相关方面研究和技术创新，强化高层次人才引进和青年英才培养，推动技术成果转化，助力龙岩市、福建省乃至全国机械制造企业高质量发展!
