本次交流会旨在为制造业搭建互相学习、互相交流的平台，将先进企业在质量管理方面取得的丰富经验，尤其是在创建优质项目的过程中积累的典型经验在全行业推广运用。交流过程中，龙合智能针对卓越绩效和质量过程管理经验进行了分享，龙岩学院代表为与会代表们带来了省级焊接质量重点实验室在研课题《焊接质量监控与控制》的专题讲座，龙烟公司、龙马环卫、龙工机械等企业代表分享了各自在QC小组活动开展、上下游企业质量管控以及生产过程中质量管理等成功经验。会议最后，龙岩市市场监督管理局领导对企业首席质量官制度建设进行了详细介绍，企业首席质量官制度是龙岩市不断深化质量强市的重要举措，是在质量工作领域不断助力推动经济高质量发展的一次有益探索。
