从冰雪到绿草，那是从无到有、从冬天走向春天的拓荒之路。经历风雨终见彩虹，那是你披荆斩棘，攻坚克难闯出来的路。为传递企业的人文关怀，感谢老员工为公司发展做出的贡献，3月31日下午，公司董事长杨静、董事会代表杨林海、党支部书记/总经理邱崇智、工会代表及总调室部门同仁齐聚一堂，满怀浓浓的感恩之情为吴荣发同志，这位自创公司成立以来终其职业生涯都在为龙合智能发展做贡献的功勋员工，举办了一场温馨而隆重的光荣退休欢送会。

“人生如寄岁月匆，年至花甲忽成翁；且向书斋成乐趣，黄昏前有夕阳红”，董事会代表杨林海回顾了吴荣发同志在龙合的职业生涯：作为龙合智能最老的一批员工，吴荣发同志自进入公司至今，历经了时代洪流，见证了龙合智能“生根发芽”的发展历程，也为公司发展做出了巨大贡献，他数十年如一日的辛勤耕耘、兢兢业业，无论是在专业积累还是在敬业奉献方面都给公司职工树立了标杆和榜样。

会上，吴荣发同志畅聊多年的成长历程、工作情景，回忆了在职多年期间的点点滴滴，倾述了与同仁之间互帮互助的友爱之情，抒发了对公司的深厚感情及不舍之情，并表示退休之后将继续关注龙合大家庭，只要公司有需要，将随时全力以赴听候公司指示，并衷心祝福公司宏图大展、再创辉煌。

总调室部门同仁对吴荣发同志的退休纷纷流露出不舍之情，对其在职期间倾囊相授之情给予感谢，言语间纷纷落下了感恩的泪水，他们表示今后将继续以吴荣发同志为榜样，学习其专业、专注精神，并将此精神传递给每位同仁，共同进步，为公司的蓬勃发展奉献微薄之力。
