骐骥迎春至，驰骋启新程。在这辞旧迎新之际，我谨代表天能集团，向全球各地的天能员工及家人，向长期以来关心支持天能发展的各级领导、合作伙伴、广大客户、投资者及各界朋友，致以衷心的感谢和美好的祝福！

As spring arrives with its steed, we gallop forth to start our new journey.As we stand at the begining of the new year, on behalf of Tianneng Group, I extend my sincere thanks and warm wishes to all Tianneng employees and their families worldwide, as well as to the leaders, partners, customers, investors, and friends from all sectors who have been invaluable supporters of Tianneng.

2025年，是充满挑战又饱含收获的一年。面对复杂的外部环境与产业的深刻重塑，我们主动求变、锐意创新，在推进现代化新天能建设的道路上，勇毅前行。

2025 was a year of both challenges and achievements.Amid a complex external environment and profound industry transformations,we embraced change, pursued innovation, and forged ahead with resolve on the course of building a modernized Tianneng.

这一年，我们坚持战略领航。锚定“成为最受尊敬的世界一流新能源公司”的愿景，提升战略能力，优化设计蓝图，清晰发展路径，充分激发了组织的内生动力与创新活力。

This year, we navigated with our strategy as the compass.anchoring ourselves to the vision of “becoming a world-class and most respected new energy company,”we enhanced our strategic capabilities, sharpened our blueprint, and defined our path forward.thus fully activated the organization’s e inheretn drive and innovative vitality.

这一年，我们坚持创新驱动。新国标电池引领行业发展，以更高安全、更长续航回应市场期待；钠离子电池、氢燃料电池、固态电池等前沿领域取得关键突破；十大聚焦新能源未来的攻坚项目齐发力。

This year, we continued to let innovation be our guiding star.Our new national-standard batteries directly addressed market expectations and led industry development, with superior safety and longer range.Key breakthroughs were achieved in cutting-edge fields such as sodium-ion batteries, hydrogen fuel cells, and solid-state batteries.Ten flagship initiatives, all focused on the future of new energy, advanced in concert.

这一年，我们坚持生态共融。越南基地二期顺利投产，我们携手华为、中兴、中华煤气、京东等杰出伙伴，持续拓宽“新能源朋友圈”；产学研合作走深走实，联合创新结出累累硕果。

This year, we remained committed to ecosystem  integration.The second phase of our Vietnam base commenced operations,We formed alliances with distinguished partners like Huawei, ZTE, Hong Kong and China Gas, and JD.com,continually broadening our “new energy network.”Our Industry-academia-research collaboration saw solid progress, generating abundant fruits through joint innovation.

这一年，我们坚持绿色发展。累计40余家下属公司获评“绿色工厂”“绿色车间”，台江基地建成贵州首个“零碳工厂”；我们在浙江、江苏、安徽、山东的多个储能标杆项目相继落地，为新型电力系统筑牢坚实支撑。我们持续深化“东西协作”，扎实推进“村企共建”，积极推动共同富裕。

This year, we remained committed to green development.More than 40 subsidiaries earned“Green Factory” or “Green Workshop”certifications,with our Taijiang Base establishing Guizhou’s first “Zero-Carbon Factory.”Meanwhile, several flagship energy storage projects were successfully launched in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, and Shandong, providing a pillar of support for the new power system.We deepened collaboration between eastern and western regions, solidified partnerships between enterprises and villages,and actively fostered shared prosperity.

今年以来，我多次赴各地调研交流，参加多场政企恳谈与行业峰会；3月，我走上了全国两会“代表通道”，分享“新川蝶变”的天能故事；9月，我在天安门广场参加盛大阅兵观礼。我深深地感受到，国家强盛是企业发展的最大底气，产业报国是天能必须完成好的时代使命。

This year, I embarked on a series of visits across regions for research and exchange,attending multiple government-enterprise dialogues and industry summits.A highlight came in March when I presented Tianneng’s narrative at the National People’s Congress representatives’ corridor.In September, I watched the grand military parade at Tiananmen Square.These experiences reinforced my belief that a strong nation is the greatest foundation for enterprise growth, and contributing to national development through industry is Tianneng’s mission.

山一程，水一程，风雨兼程中，我们共同交出了一份天能“八五”高质量发展的收官答卷。每一位拼搏追梦的天能人都很了不起，你们辛苦了，为你们点赞！

Over mountains and across rivers,march forward regardless of hardship,we have collectively concluded the “Eighth Five-Year” period (2021-2025) with outstanding results.Every Tianneng employee who strived and dreamed has done remarkable work.We are deeply grateful for your dedication and are incredibly pround of you all.

2026年，是天能创业四十周年，也是天能“九五”新篇章的启航之年。前景壮阔，使命在肩。我们要以更高远的格局、更扎实的步伐，迈向充满希望的新征程。

2026 marks Tianneng’s 40th anniversary and the beginning of our “Ninth Five-Year” chapter.With vast opportunities ahead and missions to fulfill, we will stride forward with a broader vision and steadier steps onto this promising new journey.

我们将倾力打造“国际天能”，坚定走出去的步伐，深化融进去的布局，优化全球产能与市场网络，与国际伙伴共拓绿色能源新版图。Building a global Tianneng: going global, integrating locally, optimizing worldwide, and partnering for green energy.           我们将精心构筑“生态天能”，秉持开放共赢，携手上下游伙伴、学术界与资本界，共建富有韧性、协同共生的产业生态，打造价值共享、命运与共的产业共同体。

We will foster an Ecosystem-led Tianneng, embracing open collaboration with upstream and downstream partners, academia, and capital markets, to pioneer new frontiers in green energy with our global partners,and to forge an industrial community where value is shared and destinies are intertwined.

我们将携手共建“幸福天能”，营造互相成就、共同成长的组织氛围，健全人才发展机制，让奋斗者劳有所获，让企业充满温情，让员工倍感幸福。

天能控股集团党委书记、董事长

天能集团成立于1986年，总部位于“中国绿色动力能源中心”浙江长兴，主要以电动车环保动力电池制造为主，集新能源镍氢、锂离子电池，风能、太阳能储能电池以及再生铅资源回收、循环利用等新能源的研发、生产、销售为一体，是目前国内领先的绿色动力能源制造商。

集团实力雄厚，管理科学，行业地位优势明显。于2007年6月11日，以中国动力电池第一股在香港主板成功上市（00819.KH）。目前集团已发展成为拥有20余家国内全资子公司，三家境外公司，年产值超过350亿元，员工近2万余名的大型国际化集团公司。集团分别在浙、苏、皖、豫四省建有七大生产基地。并形成了以浙江长兴基地为核心，以江苏沭阳、安徽芜湖、安徽界首、河南濮阳基地为辅翼的强势产业布局。

天能集团江苏生产基地：位于江苏省沭阳经济开发区天能工业园，由天能集团投资兴建，专业设计研发、制造生产叉车用管式电池、游览车用管式电池、太阳能风能用储能电池、电动汽车用电池等各种类型产品。一二期总投资10亿元人民币，主厂房及技术中心建筑面积达30万平方米，目前公司有员工6000多人，日产电池10万只。天能江苏基地已经成为中国最大的电动车用蓄电池生产基地。公司有强大的技术研发力量，拥有中高级技术人才逾百人，拥有国内外专利、种类科技成果数十项，在同行业处于领先水平。

三期工程占地300亩，建筑面积14万平方米，投资5亿元人民币，主要用于叉车/高尔夫车/游览车用管式电池的研发、生产与销售。该项目引进先进的进口设备，包括德国哈迪（HADI)生产线、爱立许（EIRICH)真空和膏机、因巴泰克(Inbatec)酸循环设备，采用欧洲先进的电池制造工艺，保证产品的高性能，使产品具有长寿命、高容量、少维护、安全可靠性等特性。
