近日，福建省工信厅公布的47个省级人工智能产业发展项目名单，我司自主研发的“基于AI的面向公路运输不同车型垛装物料智能装卸车视觉系统”(简称“智能装卸车视觉系统”)，凭借突出的技术创新实力和应用价值，成功获评“人工智能优质软件产品”，这不仅标志着我司人工智能软件产品获官方权威认证，同时也标志着我司业务正式从硬件设备的研发、生产与销售，向人工智能软件产品的研发设计、销售服务延伸，公司产品矩阵进一步拓展，品类更趋丰富多样。

福建省人工智能产业发展项目旨在深入贯彻落实国家发展新一代人工智能的工作部署，打造人工智能产业发展东南创新高地，推动人工智能与实体经济深度融合，助力数字应用第一省建设。

作为公司“垛装物料智能无人装卸搬运设备及控制系统云平台”的关键子系统，智能装卸车视觉系统相当于给智能无人装卸机器人安装了一双“智慧之眼”，重点解决了车辆姿态识别、卸车托盘寻孔等核心难题。系统以激光传感器为硬件基础，利用开源乌班图操作系统，基于开源ROS平台，运用3D激光检测技术实现对装卸车辆位置与姿态的高精度扫描检测。

该系统具备多项核心功能，包括姿态识别、三维重现、结构光深度图的处理、YOLO目标检测、数据发布、开发人员功能等，实现了各类货车智能识别并快速对接车型、判定姿态，还可实现自动规划路径、自动取货输送、精准判断卸车位置。此外，配套的智能装卸车平台控制系统，支持售后实时监控设备运行、统计装卸物料作业数据，还能提供远程故障诊断与技术支持，保障设备使用率稳定在99%以上。

截至目前，该系统已形成完整的自主知识产权体系，拥有有效授权发明专利7项、实用新型专利3项、外观专利1项，获准软著登记15项、数据知识产权3项。系统相关技术及配套平台经中国民营科技促进会专家鉴定，综合技术达到国际先进水平，其中装车效率与破包率指标居国际领先。

该系统的推广应用，正助力我省石化、化工、粮油等行业的垛装物料发货装车实现自动化、集成化与智能化升级，有效破解物料装卸“最后20米”的瓶颈问题，显著提升湄洲湾、漳州古雷等石化基地的先进装备应用水平，并带动上下游产业链协同发展，为全省乃至全国装备制造业高质量发展注入新动能。
