机械臂

焊装车间内，庞大的机械臂犹如“钢铁巨人”之手来回摆动，根据生产需求协同完成零部件焊接等多个关键任务。

五面体加工

车间的五面体加工中心拥有五种不同角度铣头，采用立、卧、回转分度组合，实现车、铣及五面加工，可代替多台加工设备的机器人流水线，满足多种高精度及复杂零件的加工。

立体库系统

该立体库是我司的“快递中转站”，库房已实现“到货-拆箱-送检-入库-出库”全流程智能化、可视化管控，让每一个零部件快速“持证上岗”。

三坐标测量机

精准测量的数据保证了零件的尺寸和生产品质，不断纠正精度误差，提升品质。

检测设备

为严格把控产品质量，我司设立专门设备检测中心，有效保障产品质量。

数控机加车床

该数控立式车床具有卓越高精度技术，在确保加工电机机壳同心度时，大幅度降低机壳的变形量。

高速圆锯床

高速圆锯床可实现无人操作，完成切割任务，保持稳定切削力量，大幅延长圆锯片寿命，提升切割品质。
