为进一步弘扬“敢为天下先 爱拼才会赢”的福建省企业家精神，鼓励龙岩企业家继续勇力潮头，扬帆启航。3月24日上午，由市企联举办的纪念“3•24”企业家活动日39周年座谈会在我司隆重召开。市人大原副主任李相生、市企联会长李荣荣、市工信局四级调研员涂国强、市人社局二级调研员陈水全及市总工会、市工商联领导，市企联副会长、理事代表、福建省18、19届优秀企业家代表以及各县（市、区）企联会会长、秘书长，新闻单位记者、市企联全体驻会人员齐聚一堂，交流体会，共谋发展。

1984年3月24日，福建55位厂长经理呼吁“松绑”放权行动，在全国引起了巨大反响，推动了我国国企改革的序幕，成为一段历史佳话。39年前的今天，全国首届“企业家活动日”在福州举办，此后每年的3月24日被定为福建省“企业家活动日”，成为全省企业家的重要节日。

座谈会上，李荣荣会长指出:创新是企业家的特质，也是企业家精神的灵魂。“敢为天下先，爱拼才会赢”，永远是福建企业家精神的标志。希望广大闽西企业家要薪火相传，不断发扬这一精神，围绕市委大抓招商、大抓产业、大抓项目要求，加速产业集聚，推动企业转型升级，全面提高企业发展的创新力和竞争力，为闽西革命老区高质量发展示范区建设贡献更大的企业家力量。
