具有机械作用的制动器，可防止停放的工业车辆滑出，并避免在坡道上回滚。具有不能锁定的行车制动器的工业车辆必须另外配备一个固定制动器。耕作机控制的工业用车辆和站立式车辆规定了自动作用的固定制动器。

       Mechanically acting brake that prevents rolling away of parked industrial trucks and excludes rolling back on gradients. Industrial trucks with service brakes that cannot be locked must be additionally equipped with an immobilising brake. Automatically acting immobilising brakes are prescribed for tiller-controlled industrial trucks and stand-on trucks.
