为深入推进“才聚龙岩”行动计划，探索与高校联合培养一批可直接服务于我市重点产业的“卓越工程师”，2月13日，哈尔滨工业大学卓越工程师学院常务副院长潘旭东莅临我司开展“卓越工程师”联合培养项目宣讲。市委组织部、市发改委、市教育局、市科技局、市工信局、龙岩高新区（经开区）、人才和大数据发展集团等有关部门和单位领导以及部分重点企业负责人亲临我司参加活动。公司对各位领导的到来表示热烈欢迎，并期待通过此次宣讲活动，进一步深化与哈尔滨工业大学的合作，共同为龙岩市重点产业培养更多卓越工程师，助力我市产业高质量发展。

潘旭东院长一行首先参观了龙合智能数字化展厅，详细了解了我司产品研发、科技创新、人才培养等方面情况，对公司取得的创新创业成果予以充分肯定。

宣讲会上，潘旭东院长就“卓越工程师”联合培养项目的战略意义、学科特色、培养机制、合作模式等方面进行全面解读，与会人员围绕联合培养合作事宜进行交流探讨。我司领导表示，企业对工程技术人才的需求日益迫切，而“卓越工程师”联合培养项目正是解决企业工程技术人才短缺、技术研发力度不足等问题的有效途径，相信这一项目将为龙岩市产业发展培养出更多专业适配的工程人才，为企业创新发展和产业升级注入强劲动力。龙合智能将全力支持并积极参与该项目，期待与高校及各方携手，共同推动龙岩市产业高质量发展。
