2024年12月20日上午，龙合智能国家企业技术中心联合研究院揭牌仪式活动在公司数字化展厅圆满举行。龙岩市发改委党组成员、副主任魏富明，市科技局党组成员、副局长吴滨德，市工信局副局长彭立颖以及龙岩高新区（经开区）管委会副主任邱和盛出席了本次活动，同时原福建商学院副校长、福州大学教授/博导杨晓翔教授，福州大学机械及自动化学院机械设计系主任郭金泉教授，集美大学海洋装备与机械工程学院实验室主任黄种明，中国科学院海西研究院泉州装备制造研究中心高级工程师孙波等专家学者作为合作科研院所代表出席，龙合智能董事长杨静、总经理林伟及联合研究院全体成员等参加。

活动伊始，杨静董事长热情洋溢地向与会领导、嘉宾介绍了龙合智能国家企业技术中心联合研究院成立的意义，她提到，值此公司成立十周年之际，联合研究院的揭牌启动影响深远，过去十年，公司见证了科技革新给行业带来的发展，龙合智能也在此过程中完成了从传统生产力到智能装备新质生产力的转型升级，随后，杨静董事长邀请与会领导嘉宾共同见证龙合智能国家企业技术中心联合研究院揭牌。

活动现场，联合研究院详细介绍了下一步的管理机构和工作职能，明确联合研究院将专注于整合内外部资源、推动产品技术路线规划、组织关键技术研发以及攻克重大技术难题。同时，联合研究院将与福州大学等高等院校及科研院所建立合作关系，共同申报课题，解决企业智能装备产品的技术难点，充分利用合作院校师资力量和企业内训，提升技能人才战略储备，抓好抓实高技能人才培养，促进产学研一体化深度融合，为智能装备行业的持续健康发展注入新的活力和强大动力。

活动当天，联合研究院完成了院长、执行副院长、办公室主任和研究员的聘任，特别是现场对特聘研究员的聘任，代表着龙合智能在产学研的发展道路上迈出了坚实的一步。

最后，龙岩高新区（经开区）管委会副主任邱和盛为联合研究院的成立表示祝贺，他表示，龙岩高新区（经开区）积极响应国家创新驱动发展战略，制定并实施了一系列鼓励创新、推动新型工业化的政策措施。设立科技创新专项资金，积极搭建校企合作平台，推动企业与高校、科研院所开展深度合作；支持企业开展技术研发、成果转化和人才引进等工作，从产业、科创、政策层面为产学研合作提供全方位的支持，进一步激发企业创新发展活力，也为园区产业向新求质、实现高质量发展提供强有力的支撑和保障。

此次揭牌仪式圆满举办，是公司依托国家智能装备行业战略方向，着眼未来、不断探索、勇攀新高的重要举措，是公司持续提升自身技术实力，为智慧物流装备行业创新发展注入新的活力和创新元素的重要体现。
