2023年11月23日，由全国工业车辆标准化技术委员会和北京起重运输机械设计研究院有限公司主办、诺力智能装备股份有限公司承办的"第四届全国工业车辆标准化技术委员会成立大会暨四届一次会议"在浙江长兴召开。会议期间，龙合智能装备制造有限公司的董事长杨静作为属具工作组组长，做《全国工业车辆标准化技术委员会属具工作组2023年度工作总结及2024年度工作安排》为主题的工作报告，向与会者分享了属具工作组在推进重要标准的立项、标准制修订、属具工作组的组织建设等方面所取的成绩，并就分别就标准制修订、复审、体系建设、组员培训情况，国际标准化工作及2024年工作安排做详细介绍和说明。
