学习古田会议精神，不忘初心，砥砺前行!7月15日，龙合智能在上杭古田召开高层领导会议暨2023年发展战略规划研讨会，公司全体核心高管参加会议。

会上，与会人员首先观看了红色思想政治教育片《闪耀的军魂》，之后董事长杨静做了《凝心聚力展望未来》的主题发言，强调公司下半年的战斗号角已经吹响，要实现弯道、借道超车、迎难而上、再创佳绩!人类组织发展的全部历史证明：世界上最有效率的组织是军队，世界现代企业100余年的管理实践也证明，军队的管理思想和管理方法是企业最好的学习榜样。

借着红色文化的会议背景，我们共同回顾革命先烈为开创革命道路浴血奋战的历史，反观今天公司的发展现状，我们的组织、龙合团队要如何发展强大，给与会的管理者提出了三点要求：

一、固本清源。与会的每一位管理者，都是公司核心领导班子的一员、各个业务领域的领导者、指挥官，要紧紧围绕公司使命、核心价值观与发展方向，全面贯彻执行公司下达的各项政策、方针，整个团队才能有序、健康地发展，各项业务才能有条不紊地向前推动；

二、求真务实!把虚功做实，紧紧围绕能打仗、打胜仗这个核心，聚焦智能无人装车业务，争做智能无人装卸搬运的国际冠军；

三、出发就是冲刺!要始终把解决问题作为工作的重要使命，坚持脑子里想着问题，眼睛里盯着问题，手里面抓着问题，既要有解决重大问题的勇气，又要有具体的方式方法，上下同欲，打造一支政治过硬、思想过硬、能力过硬、管理过硬的“龙合铁军”。

围绕公司发展历程、战略目标、资源布局和管理提升等问题，与会人员畅所欲言，共同分析智能制造市场发展趋势，思考公司面临的挑战，认真总结项目运行中遇到的疑难点，并针对性的提出建设性意见，积极为公司战略谋划发展献言献策。

会后，与会人员一同参观了古田会议旧址及主席园。
