民营企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，不少民营企业没有养成法治思维，不懂得如何依法处理化解风险。对此，龙合智能装备制造有限公司积极链接，让全体员工与法学专家“面对面”，成为我市首个邀请法学专家走进企业宣讲习近平法治思想的民营企业。

截止目前，该企业牵头规划4期的法治宣传教育，已全部完成4期共16场次，近120位基层、中层、高层管理者及技术中心参加了本轮的普法宣传活动，通过“点对点”“面对面”普法宣传，对习近平法治思想的内涵及外延有了更为系统性的理解;还通过普法宣传、岗前培训、转正考核、晋升评估、优秀员工评选等一系列措施，全面提升集团及下属子公司全员的合规制度认知，确保人人知法懂法。
