属具工作组二届一次会议由工作组组长杨静主持。杨静组长首先作了《全国工业车辆标准化技术委员会第一届属具工作组工作总结和第二届属具工作组近期工作设想》的报告，与会组员对近期工作设想进行了认真的审议，并提出了一些很好的意见和建议，还审议通过了《全国工业车辆标准化技术委员会属具工作组章程》，同时，也详细讨论了《工业车辆货叉和属具标准体系框架图和标准体系表》，并讨论确定了2023年拟立项的标准计划项目。

根据日程安排，由工业车辆标委会赵春晖秘书长主持对国家标准《叉车属具安全规程》（初稿）进行了讨论。与会组员在听取了标准牵头起草单位龙合智能装备制造有限公司对国家标准《叉车属具安全规程》的任务来源和主要技术内容等的介绍后，本着认真负责的态度对上述国家标准初稿逐章逐条进行了讨论，并对标准初稿提出了很多好的意见与建议。

属具工作组自2017年3月成立以来，卓有成效地开展了许多工作，包括逐步建立和完善了属具标准体系、积极参与国际标准化活动、按时召开年会、按时完成工业车辆标委会下达的各项工作任务等。截至目前，属具工作组已组织制定了1项国家标准和11项行业标准；正在组织制定1项国家标准和7项行业标准。第二届属具工作组的成立，对于更好地开展工业车辆属具标准化工作，提升属具的技术水平和产品质量，保证工业车辆的安全作业，推动工业车辆属具向智能化、信息化方向发展，以实现工业车辆行业的高质量发展将打下良好的基础。

此次会议在各级领导的关心和支持下，在工业车辆标委会秘书处的精心组织下，在全体与会代表的共同努力下，在会议承办单位龙合智能装备制造有限公司的大力支持下，圆满地完成了各项会议内容。
