MULAG公司由股东——Wössner与Huber先生创建于1953年。
在1958年到1959年，其农业用车辆的出口扩张到奥地利、瑞士、比利时与希腊。
1964年，机场用车辆的设计与制造成为其新领域，最初制造的为传送带车。
后来，MULAG进入地勤设备领域，是伴随其集装箱运输机与牵引车的制造。
MULAG was founded in the year 1953 by the shareholders Mr. Wössner and Mr. Huber.
In the years 1958 and 1959, the export of agricultural vehicles was extended to Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Greece.
In 1964, the design and production of Airport Vehicles was initiated as new division. At the beginning, conveyor belt cars were manufactured.
The division ground support equipment was expanded with the construction of container transporters and towing tractors.
