第一步:自动加水系统注液塞的选配,根据高度对应表,选配合适的浮体。

1-Automatic water filling system filling plug selection, according to the height corresponding table.select appropriate floating body.

第二步:安装前根据水管路径参考图提前规划水路,水路应尽量贴着电池连接条排布。

2-Before installation, plan the waterway in advance according to the water pipe path reference diagram,and the waterway should stick to the battery connection strip as much as possible.

第三步:将加水管按照图示剪成合适的长度,并将加水管如图安装在注液塞塞上。注液阀连接水管长度为注液塞间实际尺寸加3-5mm。

3-The length of the water pipe connected to the i niection valve is the actual length betweenthe injection plugs Size plus 3-5mm

第四步:电池进水管的长度根据实际使用情况而定。

4-The length of the batteryinlet pipe depends on the actual usage.

使用说明User Manual

1、定期通过浮控式注液阀上的液位指示孔(图①)检测电池液位情况,若呈现缺水状态,则需对电池进行加水维护。

2、将电池(叉车)移动至储水箱处,注意确保给水箱要高于电池1.5-2米。

3、用快接头(图②)将电池上的进水管与给水箱上的出水管连接。

4、打开水箱龙头,此时流量指示器 (图③)转动,加水开始。

5、流量指示器(图③)停止工作后,确认所有液位指示孔呈现满水状态。

6、关闭给水箱龙头,分离快接头(图②),收纳好水管,确认电池表面无漏液,加水维护完成。

1. Regularly check the battery liquid level through the liquid level indicator hole (Fig.①) on the float control liquid injection valve, in case of water shortage, the battery needs to be added with water formaintenance.

2. Move the battery (forklift) near to the water storage tank, please make sure the water supply tank ishigher than the battery 1.5-2m.

3. Connect the water inlet pipe on the battery to the water outlet pipe on the water supply tank with thequick connector(Fig.②).

4.Turn on the tank faucet, Then the flow indicator starts to turn (Fig. (3) which means the water addition process begins

5. After the flow indicator (Figure 3) stops working, confirm that all the liquid level indicator holes arefull of water state.

6. Close the faucet of the water supply tank, separate the quick connector(Figure ②), store the waterpipe, and contirm there is no liquid leakage on the surface of the battery meter, now the maintenance iscompleted.

使用须知&注意事项Warm Tips need to Know

1、本产品只用于蓄电池补水维护,不能取代其他又车日常维护。

2、请勿私自拆卸本产品,如产品出现故障请及时咨询本公司技术顾问。

3、使用本产品进行加水维护时,操作人员不可长时间离开现场。

4、不可在注液塞和连接管上放置物品,以免出现损坏。

5、进行其他维护作业时,应避免造成水路管道过度折弯。

6、禁止通过本产品直接加注酸液。

2 .Do not disassemble the product without permission. lf the product fails, please consult our compa-ny's technical staffin time.consultant.

3 .When using this product for water maintenance, the operator should not leave the site for a long time.

4 .Do not place items on the injection plug and connecting pipe to avoid damage.

5 .When carrying out other maintenance operations, excessive bending of water pipes should be avoided.

6 . lt is forbidden to directly add acid through this product.

故障分析/处理方法Failure Analysis and Solutions

1、连接快接头后,流量指示器不转动

(1)检查流量指示器是否损坏;

(2)检查给水箱水龙头是否开启。

2、注液塞无法安装

(1)确认注液塞型号规格是否匹配;

3、单个注液塞不工作

(1)按照安装说明检查水路连接是否正确

(2)将该注液塞取出,检测是否堵塞或有卡阻

(3)若注液塞损坏可单独更换该注液塞,不影响其他配件的正常使用

1 After connecting the quick connector, the flow indicator does not rotate

(1) Check if the flow indicator is damaged;

(2) Check if the water supply tank tap is turned on.

2 The injection plug cannot be installed

(1) Confirm whether the model and specifications of the injection plug match;

3 A single injection plug does not work.

(1) Follow the installation instructions to check that the water connections are correct

(2)Take out the injection plug and check whether it is blocked or blocked.

(3) lf the injection plug is damaged, the injection plug can be replaced separately without affecting thenormal operation of other accessories use.
