Beginning in 1995, and extending through 1996-98, POBEDA-HOLDING undertook a major realignment of its businesses. The intent of the realignment was to streamline operations to allow more successful exploitation of production facilities and business opportunities.

Today POBEDA-HOLDING employs some 620 people and consist of one "parent" company and five subsidiary companies. Four of them are interrelated manufacturing units. These companies operate within four business segments: fork-lift trucks; machine tools; transmissions; and industrial valves.
