操作技能看哪家，龙合工匠顶呱呱。天道酬勤、业道酬精，三百六十行行行出状元，作为生产一线的“练家子”，练就精湛的操作技艺，娴熟稳定的产能输出，是基本功、也是拿手绝活、更是弘扬工匠精神的力量之源！

近日，我公司为加快培养优秀的生产技术型人才，提高生产线员工的岗位技术水平和业务技能，激发员工们力争上游的劳动热情和创造力，举行了第三届生产技能比武大赛。

本次活动作为第三届大赛，与实际的生产环节紧密结合，有针对性的从比武项目的操作技能基本功出发，以焊接、行车安全操作两个技术工种的特点来设计比赛项内容，共计40名“身怀绝技”的生产高手参赛，个个摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试，都想要通过真本事一战高下。

“吊桶过障碍曲线运行项目”比赛中，别看参赛选手都是“七尺大汉”但全都粗中带细，个个手眼合一、操作自如，只看吊桶在障碍杆中间快速、准确、灵巧的轻松通过，如同蝴蝶穿花般灵动自如，漂亮地完成一系列高难度的操作，让人看得赏心悦目。

再看“焊接项目”比赛，各路参赛高手们镇定自若，手中的焊接工具犹如火龙吐珠喷溅出明亮的火花，在让人绚烂炫目的火树银花的绽放中，安全、规范地制作出一件件“焊鳞”工整、结构牢固、品质合格的焊接件“艺术品”，让在场观战的员工拍案叫绝。

技术比武，就是生产线上的全明星、奥斯卡，不仅是员工专业技能的交流，也是员工精神风貌和意志品质的集中检阅，更是一次引导和深化广大员工岗位练兵、岗位成才、岗位奉献的总动员。最后，总调室主任就本次比赛和大家做了简单交流，并为“技冠群雄”胜出的明星员工进行了表彰嘉奖。自此，异彩纷呈的技能比武大赛取得圆满成功，意犹未尽，让我们期待第四届更精彩的项目未完待续。
